Returns Policy

We offer returns and replacements only within Pakistan, and requests must be initiated within 2 days of order delivery.


Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable for eligible and verified problematic orders (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note:

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item, follow the return process for the original item, and once it’s accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Refunds are only processed for eligible verified problematic orders after evaluating the return request.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Note: Return/replacement requests must be made within 2 days of order delivery, and all returns are subject to verification.
